Friday September 16 | Village of Wilmington
Festival preview tasting and the Village Stroll, featuring live entertainment and the Vermont Soup Tasting Contest in the heart of Wilmington. Stroll the historic village of Wilmington while sampling soups from the Valley’s chefs. The various shops, galleries, and restaurants will all be featuring Vermont Wines and local soups-sample over 30 different soups and wines.

Fresh Tracks Winery and Spoonwood Cabin Creamery will be hosting a wine tasting and cheese pairing seminar in Wilmington’s own Memorial Hall- truly a charming, elegant night in the heart of the Green Mountains.

- Deerhill Inn will be featuring Wine Pairings from Vermont’s award winning North Branch Vineyards. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the wine makers, who will visit your table to discuss their wine and our pairings.
- Cask & Kiln Kitchen will be paired with Vermont’s award winning Shelburne Vineyard . Founded in 1998, Shelburne Vineyard is noted for its award-winning wines made from cold-hardy grapes sustainably grown on its 17 acres vineyards in northern VT. A Shelburne Vineyard Marquette or Marquette Reserve has been named Best Red Wine for 4 consecutive years in the International Cold Climate Wine Competition and the Vineyard’s Whimsey Meadow Rose was just named Best VT Wine at the Big E Competition. The Cask & Kiln Kitchen is a fantastic addition to the Deerfield Valley’s renowned restaurant community. Serving elevated comfort food and inspired cocktails the Cask & Kiln Kitchen is the complete fine dining package from menu, to service to the atmosphere of the renovated historic Parmalee & Howe building.
